The Snowmen

I said I'd feed you. I didn't say who to.

The Snowmen is the 2012 Christmas Special, landing right in the middle of Series 7. It's quite a good episode if I recall correctly, which I mostly don't.

Story

Eleven is all psychologically fucked up after Amy and Rory die horribly live to a healthy old age in The Angels Take Manhattan, so he decides to:

  1. Stop ruining companion's lives by becoming a hermit.
  2. Live on a cloud inside the TARDIS during The Victorian Era with an invisible ladder for when he wants to watch Lizbian and Jenny Tits lez out.
  3. Get a new wardrobe.

Meanwhile a splinter of Clara Oswald has become a barmaid and has observed strange goings-on involving snow. It's revealed later that the Great Intelligence (voiced by famed homosexual wizard Ian McKellen) has brainwashed Richard E. Grant into making evil snowmen that eat people, or something along those lines.

Anyway Clara finally gets the Doctor off his arse by saying "Pond" to The Petermonster Gang. He takes her up to the TARDIS for a quick handjob but unfortunately she falls off a cloud and dies. Everyone is very sad and Eleven starts stalking her as a child.

Reception

It's pretty good.

Well it might be. It's been awhile.

The Great Detective

Like many Smatt Mith episodes, this story had a prequel (expect it was released befor the episode so it’s technically a prologue RREEEEEEEEEEEE), in this case broadcast as part of Children in Need. It’s p. comfy and can be watched here.
